This policy explains how FiscaLume may handle information when you plan and review a personal budget.

Important: Budget details can be sensitive. FiscaLume may process information you enter, such as amounts, budget labels, dates, and notes, to provide budgeting features. These details are not intended for advertising SDKs.

01Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to FiscaLume and related app services. It is effective October 10, 2026. It describes the information that may be processed, purposes, sharing, retention, and user choices. FiscaLume does not require an account for ordinary use unless a feature clearly explains otherwise.

02Budget and financial information

Information you enterBudget amounts, spending or income entries, labels, dates, notes, and preferences may be processed when you choose to use related features.
Device and app detailsDevice model, operating-system and app versions, language, IP address, approximate region, and technical identifiers may be processed for operation and diagnostics.
Account or payment detailsFiscaLume does not need bank login credentials or payment-card numbers for basic budgeting. If a future connection feature is offered, it should explain its data flow and obtain any required authorization.
SupportMessages and optional details you send to the developer support channel may be used to respond to your request.

Budget records are used to provide the budgeting experience and are not intended to be sent to advertising SDKs. Storage and synchronization behavior depends on the app features you use and the released implementation. You can remove locally stored app data through available in-app controls or Android settings.

03Advertising and third-party SDKs

FiscaLume includes advertising SDKs. Depending on configuration, applicable law, and your choices, advertising partners may process an advertising identifier, IP address, device and app information, approximate location inferred from technical signals, ad impressions and interactions, and crash or diagnostic information.

These data may support ad delivery, frequency control, measurement, reliability, and fraud prevention. Personalized advertising is used only where permitted and after required notice or consent. Budget entries are not intended for advertising SDKs. The actual SDK list, consent flow, and Google Play Data safety declarations must match the released app.

04Use, sharing, and retention

Information may be used to provide and secure FiscaLume, display your budgeting information, understand aggregate app usage, show ads, answer support requests, and meet legal obligations.

Limited technical information may be shared with hosting, analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, support, and security providers when needed to operate the app. We do not sell personal information as a standalone product. Financial or budget details may be disclosed only as described by an app feature you choose, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights and safety.

Budget information is retained according to the app’s storage behavior and your choices. Technical and advertising records are kept only as reasonably needed for their purposes, security, and legal requirements.

05Your choices and privacy rights

You control what budget information you enter and can manage permissions through Android settings. Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy of certain personal information. Contact the developer through the FiscaLume Google Play support channel. We may ask for information needed to verify a request safely.

06Security, children, and updates

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information handled. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

FiscaLume is not directed to children below the minimum age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information in violation of those requirements. We may update this policy as the app, SDKs, or legal requirements change. For privacy questions, use the developer support contact listed on the Google Play page.
